Stopping Repeat Medication

1. From the Patient Summary screen select Medication .
2. Select a drug to display the summary.
3. Select More - Stop.



4. The Stop Repeat screen displays.
5. Select the Arrow to display Reasons for Stopping and select from the list available:

   
   

6. Enter any notes in Notes and select Stop Now.

   

7. The medication is now inactivate.

Restarting Medication

1. From the Patient Summary screen, select Medication .
2. Select the Inactive heading to view inactive medication.
   

   

   
   
3. Select the medication you want to restart.
4. Select More and then Restart:

   

5. Select the arrow to choose the reason for restarting.

   

6. Select the reason, and a tick displays.

   

7. Select Restart Repeat.
8. Select Continue to proceed.

   

9. The drug warnings display.
   Check these and if you want to proceed select Restart.

   

10. A message displays while the medication is being restarted.

    

11. The medication now displays on the Active medication screen.
